Russia urges Israel not to build housing in East Jerusalem

The Russian Foreign Ministry has asked Israel to refrain from housing construction in East Jerusalem. The Foreign Ministry feels, besides, that the Palestinian-Israeli dialogue is the only way to reach a settlement in the Middle East.
