The Russian Knights formation aerobatics team has suspended a trip to Britain to take part in the Farnborough International Air Show due to a lack of permits for taking military equipment out of the country from the Russian Federal Service for Military Technical Cooperation.
The Russian Knights were due to participate in the show’s aerobatic display program.
“Without this permit, which is based on the relevant laws, Russian military aircraft cannot leave the country,” a source connected with the organization of the trip told RIA Novosti.
