Russian-Born Physicist Awarded $3M Prize

MOSCOW, March 21 (RIA Novosti) – Russian-born scientist Alexander Polyakov has been awarded the $3-million 2013 Fundamental Physics Prize for his work in field theory and string theory. “I feel elated and surprised to receive this recognition. It is a great honor.
