Russia’s holding Rail Garant has won a tender for managing a new container terminal at an Estonian port in Tallinn. According to the port’s spokesman, the administration of the port chose the Russian company on the basis of its innovative business-plan. A total of 10 companies, including Estonian ones, bid for the tender.
