A diplomat from Russia’s Consulate in London will meet with Russia’s Katia Zatuliveter arrested in the UK and charged with espionage. She was detained on December 20 over suspicions she used her position as an assistant to Liberal Democrat MP Mike Hancock to pass information to Russian intelligence.
