Marina Talashkova is in custody in Toronto. A Russian flight attendant snared in the investigation of a sophisticated Internet vehicle scheme has been committed for extradition to the U.S. Marina Talashkova has until March 21 to file an appeal and in fewer than 90 days the justice department will decide whether to order her surrender for extradition.
