A passenger plane was forced to return to the airport in Russia’s northern port city of Arkhangelsk on Friday after losing cabin pressure.
The captain of the Nordavia Boeing 737 jet turned back shortly after takeoff at 08:00 Moscow time [04:00 GMT]. The plane was heading for the Turkish resort town of Antaliya.
There were no injuries.
The incident comes two days after a plane crash near the Russian city of Yaroslavl that killed 43 people, including virtually the entire Lokomotiv Yaroslavl professional hockey team.
