BRASILIA (Reuters) – Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev met with Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff on Wednesday on a visit to Brazil aimed at sealing defence and nuclear technology deals with a fellow member of the BRIC bloc of emerging nations.
