While the world is celebrating Meteorologists Day, Russian weathermen have yet another reason for partying.
For the first time since the new season started, they have finally forecast a warm spring in Russia.
They say, however, that there will be a few more days of snow, wind and low temperatures to get through first.
As for spring, it should finally arrive in earnet at the very start of April.The weathermen also think there will be no repeat of last year’s heatwave this summer.
