Three Russian tourists remain trapped in southern Chile because of strikes and road blockades by people who protest against a government plan to increase fuel prices. According to Mr. Sergei Pisitsin, a spokesman to the Russian Embassy in Santiago, the Russians are among hundreds of other foreigners waiting for the time when they will be allowed to leave the country.
