ZHUKOVSKY, August 16 (Itar-Tass) —— The state is to retain the controlling stake in the United Aircraft-building Corporation after 2014-2015, UAC president Mikhail Pogosian told a news conference on Tuesday.
“The state plans to retain its controlling stake in the corporation after 2014-2015,” Pogosian said. At present the state has 83 percent of the company’s shares.
The priority lines of business of the UAC-affiliated entities are the development, production, implementation, and warrantee and post-warrantee maintenance, upgrading, repairs and disposal of civil and military aircraft technologies.
