According to the Russian Transport Minister Igor Levitin, investigators cannot rule out that the deadly burn-up of a Tupolev-154 airliner in Surgut in Western Siberia was a terror attack. The known casualty toll is three dead and 34 hurt. The fatalities include a child. All surviving casualties are in hospital with injuries, burns or symptoms of toxic inhalation.
