Tashir Invests $100 Mln in Moscow City Skyscraper

Russia’s Tashir real estate designer and builder has invested $100 million in the City Point multi-purpose complex to be opened in the Moscow City business center in September 2012, Vice President Igor Bulatov said on Tuesday.

“The official opening will be in September. We expect to return the $100 million investment in the project in seven to ten years,” Bulatov told RIA Novosti.

The 76,000-square meter area skyscraper will include a four-star hotel with 400 beds, a high-premium business center and various shops, restaurants and cafes. Tashir joined the project to build the muti-purpose complex in the central core of the Moscow City business center in 2009.

The Moscow City international business center includes an underground station, Afimall City shopping and entertainment center, the Bagration trade and pedestrian bridge as well as several multi-purpose complexes.
