KIEV, August 7 (Itar-Tass) —— Yuri Sukhov, the lawyer of ex-Ukrainian Prime Minister, Batkivshchyna Party leader Yulia Timoshenko, appealed her arrest on Sunday. He said he mailed the appeal.
Meanwhile, over 50 parliament deputies and about 200 artists, scientists and public figures have signed the petition for Timoshenko’s release on bail. The document will be presented to court on Monday.
Timoshenko’s supporters built a ten camp near the Pechersky District Court building on the Kiev central street, Kreshchatik.
