MOSCOW, Aug 23 (PRIME) — Russian oil major TNK-BP completed the sale of its central office building in Moscow for U.S. $238 million in July, TNK-BP Holding, which unites the key assets of TNK-BP, said in a report Tuesday.
The office building was sold to Russian developer Promsvyaznedvizhimost, which is controlled by Russian businessmen brothers Alexei and Dmitry Ananyev, owners of Promsvyazbank.
TNK-BP made the decision to sell the building in 2009. Initially, Russian oil company Transneft was interested in buying it, but later changed its plans.
TNK-BPs office moved to another building in Moscow, according to the report. End
