Today is no-campaigning day ahead of regional elections in Russia. Campaigning, polls that have to do with voting, and any forecasts for the returns have been banned since midnight this Saturday. Voters need such a day to make a final decision on who they will cast their ballots for. Various level elections are due in 74 Russian regions on Sunday.
