Tskhinval: EU doesn’t want to discuss non-aggression treaty – News – GeorgiaTimes.info: “The EU representatives at Geneva Talks on security in Caucasus intentionally decline from discussion of problem of necessity to sign non-aggression pact between Georgia and South Ossetia and Georgia and Abkhazia, stated Boris Chochiyev, the South Ossetian President’s Plenipotentiary for post-conflict settlement – RIA Novosti.
He said the results of Heidi Tagliavini’s report [Georgia accused of unleashing the war] are suppressed.
Chochiyev added that at the discussions Georgia, with support of international organisations declines ‘from taking obligation not to use force.’
‘They [the EU] try to sidestep Geneva Talks from this issue and impose on us some additional, artificially created issues and problems,’ Chochiyev said.
‘Till the fascist regime of Saakashvili is in power, even signing the non-aggression treaty by Georgia won’t give South Ossetia grounds to ease vigilance,’ he noted.
‘The West tries to use this schizophrenic at maximum against South Ossetia and Abkhazia, as well as against Russia,’ Chochiyev said.”
