ZHUKOVSKY, August 16 (Itar-Tass) —— The United Aircraft-building Corporation (UAC) predicts an increase in revenues in 2011 by 40 percent to 190 billion rubles. UAC President Mikhail Pogosian told a news conference at the MAKS air show.
“We expect that our revenues in 2011 will grow by 40 percent,” said Pogosian. “They will be more than 190 billion rubles.”
Earlier, on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Pogosian said that the corporation’s revenues between 2011 and 2013 were forecast at an amount of 16 billion rubles. Over this period, the corporation plans to sell 443 aircraft.
The United Aircraft-building Corporation, uniting the largest aircraft building enterprises of Russia, was established in November 2006.
