Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Monday called on the United Nations Security Council (US) not to attempt to use its resolution on the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) as an excuse to use force.”We are currently working on a US resolution which must be finely calibrated,” Lavrov told the audience at the Diplomatic Academy. “First of all, these measures must be targeted precisely at nuclear and missile programs of DPRK, because their development poses danger for international security,” he said.Meanwhile, the minister warned, such a resolution should not contain any loophol…
