VEB CEO Income Triples in 2011, His Wife’s Drops One-Third

Chief executive of Vnesheconombank (VEB) Vladimir Dmitriyev earned $3 million last year, or three times more than in 2010, while his wife contributed $180,000, or one-third less than the year before, the state corporation’s tax declaration published on VEB website said.

Similar to the year before, the VEB chief executive continues to own a house, two vast plots of land, two car trailers, a 4X4 motorbike, a snowmobile, and a scooter. He also holds a smaller house and a minor plot of land.

His wife’s property includes a house with 1,000 square meters of floorspace, two large apartments, a spacious property of 12,000 square meters, a gas pipeline of 132.7 meters, and two cars: a Volvo 244 and Peugeot Partner.

VEB released the data on its top managers’ incomes in accordance with the president’s decree from May 18, 2009, obliging managers at state corporations to declare their incomes as well as immediate members of their families.
