The agreement cannot significantly facilitate the uncontrolled crossing of the Russian-South-Ossetian border; still, it will validate the South-Ossetian passports.
There have never been any border encumbrances between South Ossetia and Russia and there will never be any. The recently signed bilateral visa-free regime agreement will enable to cross the state border both with the Russian passports (according to the previously set procedure) and with the South-Ossetian ones.”
