The notorious website WikiLeaks has made public another diplomatic memo, this time by the US Embassy in Tallinn, which is about a meeting between the Chairman of the Parliamentary Commission for the EU Affairs, member of the Fatherland-Republic Union ruling party Marko Mihkelson and his fellow party member Mart Üssi, in June 2009.
