The bout between super-lightweights Ruslan Tozlian of Russia and Dutchman Sergio Wilson will be the highlight of the W5 Grand-Prix Moscow kickboxing tournament to hit the capital on Saturday.
Home favorite and W5 reigning champion Tozliyan will defend his title against one of the division’s best, Wilson, in the main event.
The fighters look equal, with the even the event’s promoter Dmitry Ivan being unable to forecast the bout’s outcome.
“Ruslan Tozlian is a very skillful, technical fighter, very well-trained in both kicking and punching,” he told RT. “Meanwhile, Sergio Wilson is very aggressive and also a very heavy puncher. We’ve watched a lot of his fights, many of them he won by knockout. He’s a super-lightweight under 60 kilos, but he strikes like a middleweight. A very tough kicker, good both at low and high kicks. So we’re going to witness an extremely eye-catching fight.”
The W5 Grand-Prix Moscow will see 24 fighters from all across the globe settle scores at the Dynamo stadium.
