A Belgian and a Portuguese have won 69 million euros each in the Euro Millions lottery, which had the draw day in 9 European countries yesterday. The names of the winners are withheld for security reasons. The biggest Euro Millions win was registered in October last year, when a Briton got a 129 million euro cheque.
