NATO troops killed two women and a child in a traffic accident and then shot dead a civilian in downtown Kabul on Wednesday, a source in the Foreign Ministry of Afghanistan said.
The troops ran over and killed two women and a child in their vehicle and attempted to flee the scene of the accident. As locals tried to stop them, the troops opened fire, killing a man.
Reuters reported, citing a spokesman for the Kabul police chief, two women were killed in the traffic accident and a civilian was shot dead after that, while a child was wounded in the shooting.
The ministry’s source added that a crowd is gathering near the building of the Energy Ministry, where the shooting occurred.
