Seven people were killed when two cars collided at a highway in Russia’s central Novgorod region on Sunday, a police spokesman said.
The accident occurred at 01:20 am local time (21:20 GMT, Saturday) near the town of Chudovo.
An Audi A6 car whose driver did not have a driving license crossed over into the opposite lane and crushed into a Vaz-2107 vehicle.
The driver, four passengers of the Vaz and a passenger of the Audi were killed at the scene, while the Audi driver died on the way to hospital.
