The Russian man Evgeny Ustugov has won silver in the 15- kilometer men’s mass start race at the World Championship in biathlon in Khanty Mansiysk, in Western Siberia. He hit all the targets and came only five seconds later than the Norwegian gold- winner Emil Hegle Svendsen. The latter made one miss.
