Armenia to boycott Karabakh talks at PACE session

Armenia will boycott renewed discussions on the Nagorny Karabakh conflict at the Council of Europe’s Parliamentary Assembly (PACE), the county’s delegation chief Naira Zohrabyan said on Thursday.
