Four Injured in Russian Helicopter Crash

At least four people were injured on Saturday when a UTair Mil Mi-8 transport helicopter carrying two crew and 20 passengers crashed on landing in Omsk Region, local law enforcement officials told RIA Novosti.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

“A Mi-8T helicopter crashed on landing at Sedelnikovo while landing. There were 20 workers on board, and according to initial information, four were hurt,” the source said.

Three of the injured are in a serious condition, the source said.

Weather conditions at the landing site were reported to be poor.
