Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin urged a new wave of industrial development in his annual address to parliament on Wednesday.
“I am sure we need to launch a new wave of industrial, technological development,” Putin said. “[We need to] create conditions for an inflow of long-term smart investments… We simply have no alternative if we want to ensure the competiveness and relevance of our human potential.”
