Foreign specialists and their family members will be allowed to stay in Russia for 90 days without having to register at their home address, the Russian government said on Monday.
A government decree, dated August 4, also frees foreign specialists from applying for temporary registration when they change their Russian place of residence for a period of less than 30 days.
The period during which a foreign national must register when his 90-day or 30-day registration-free period expires was increased from three to seven days.
