Russia and the EU will finalize a stage-by-stage plan to lift the visa requirement within a month, President Dmitry Medvedev said on Friday.
“We are moving ahead in accordance with a special plan that is currently under discussion and should be finally agreed before the end of July,” Medvedev said at a news conference after the Russia-EU summit in Nizhny Novgorod.
Medvedev said last summer it was time to scrap visa requirements between Russia and the EU.
