Five baby boxes have been placed in the territories in the south of Russia, Krasnodar and two more will be purchased shortly. Baby boxes – which cost about $ 10,000 each – were placed near the hospitals in the areas…

He said women would not be prosecuted for abandoning their babies…

He said six women had been accused of killing their children or leave their children in danger, from January to September.
