ITAR-TASS: “MOSCOW, March 15 (Itar-Tass) – Russia is ready for a dialogue on the Arctic problems with all countries of the region, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said.
Speaking at the first session of the Board of Trustees of the Russian Geographical Society on Monday, Putin said: “We are ready to work with all countries,” he said explaining the position that Russia will make clear at the conference on the Arctic in April.
“The conference will gather in order to calmly discuss the problems, listen to each other’s opinion and not to fear with the non-existing problems,” Putin said.”
