Ballet lovers in Morocco have given two thumbs up to Pyotr Tchaikovsky’s the seminal Swan Lake ballet brought to their country by Moscow’s Russian Classical Ballet Company.
Defying an unusually cold spell 1,500 people, packing the spacious hall of the Mohammed V National Theater, watched with bated breath the dancers’ filigree moves made to the excellent musical accompaniment by the Royal Symphony Orchestra of Morocco, led by Russian conductor Oleg Reshetkin.
