ITAR-TASS: “MOSCOW, March 16 (Itar-Tass) — A new Russian-US strategic arms reduction treaty may be signed by the end of March or early April, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told the media on Tuesday.
“The end of March or the beginning of April are the dates when the delegations will finalize the treaty – provided they strictly follow the presidents’ instructions,” Lavrov said. “It is up to the presidents to decide where the treaty is to be signed and when.””
